A man suffered minor facial injuries in the early hours of Friday morning after shots were fired against his house in Nicosia.
According to police, the 38-year-old victim suffered minor injuries to his face after somebody fired shots at him when he walked onto his veranda at around 1.20am.
He was taken by ambulance to Nicosia General Hospital where he was treated and then later released.
Lakatamia police are still investigating.
