Hollyoaks fans could be seeing Peter Andre pop up in Chester at some point in the future as he is eyeing up a role in the soap.
Peter made the revelation in an interview with OK! Magazine, after being told that Hollyoaks star Jennifer Metcalfe (Mercedes McQueen) wants to see him join the show.
Appearing keen on Jen’s idea, the ‘Mysterious Girl’ singer was all for the suggestion – insisting that he’d love to land a part in Soapland.
But despite Peter’s exciting admission, viewers shouldn’t expect to see him until at least next year, as it seems he’s a pretty busy man.
“Let’s do it,” he said. “I’ll go in Hollyoaks! I’m really busy this year, but I’d love to do a soap. I like to try different things.”
Peter certainly wouldn’t be the first singer to swap the land of pop for the land of Chester, with Blue star Duncan James appearing as killer Ryan Knight, while former X Factor contestant Rachel Adedeji is currently on maternity leave from her role as Lisa Loveday.
