Connected Living London (CLL), the long-term partnership between Transport for London and Grainger plc, moving along with Arnos Grove project.
CLL submitted its planning application for 162 rental homes – 40% of which are affordable – at Arnos Grove to Enfield Council, following an extensive consultation and engagement programme with the local community.
Proposals for Arnos Grove station car parks will also provide space for a potential new cafe or restaurant which opens out on to a new public square. The plans have been developed to reflect and enhance the setting of the Grade II* Listed station, and will re-provide public accessible Blue Badge parking spaces.
To give local residents and those who use the station the best opportunity to respond to the planning application, Enfield Council has agreed to consider any representations for an extended period.
To find out more information about the scheme, how to view and comment on the planning application, and how the local community helped shape the final plans, visit CLL’s dedicated website.
