Officers from Enfield Police were called to Tesco, Glover Drive, Edmonton at 2356hrs on 27 November to reports of large crowds gathering outside the store in advance of ‘Black Friday’ sales. Officers attended. For a short time, shoppers were allowed into the store at staggered intervals, in limited numbers. Officers are working with store staff to ensure that those wishing to shop can do so safely. No offences. No arrests.
