If we are honest, one of the first things that comes to mind if we are going to any exhibition or event is what will the food be like? Well, we guarantee you that you will not be disappointed with the food stands at our event.
The real innovation happens in our food court, so when hunger strikes there is a variety of food and treats to savoury and enjoy.
Here is what to expect from our food stalls this year:

KKAMARIS Souvlakia

The ever growing popularity of KKAMARIS Souvlakia since they established their Friday taverna nights at the Greek Cypriot Brotherhood has fast grown their reputation as experienced chefs, Andros and Anna take pride and joy in seeing every customer satisfied! We are delighted to announce that they will be jointly running the Cypriot Souvlaki Stand this year. The offering – an authentic chargrilled pork and chicken souvlakia in a large pocket of pitta bread filled with fresh chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, onions along with parsley and traditionally seasoned with freshly squeezed lemon juice.
If you’re ready to mix it up at a smoky and distinctive pork sheftalia, a Cypriot crépinette, can also be ordered as part of a side dish, or to be included in the kebab, or even be the main meat of the pitta – the choice is yours.

The Cypriot Community Kitchen is proud to be part of CyWineFest 2026. Cos and his team will be offering freshly prepared handmade kioftedes, traditional Cypriot pork meatballs, and as for a vegetarian option, golden brown, crispy, salty halloumi fries, not exclusive to the vegetarian community but most definitely a firm worldwide restaurant favourite, simply delicious, and to be enjoyed as a side treat or on their own. The CYC Kitchen is the only stands that caters for fresh hot food for the meat-eater, vegetarians and vegans made using traditional recipes providing fresh cut salads and chips, with a variety of dips and dressings served with genuine Cypriot hospitality.
They look forward to welcoming everyone…to get a taste of what’s to come, check them out on Instagram @cyckitchen

Taste of Cyprus Bakery & Patisserie
Back by popular demand again this year, Taste of Cyprus Bakery & Patisserie will be offering a variety of home baked savoury and sweet pastries to be enjoyed by us all. This London based bakery has grown drastically in popularity in recent years, or some might say since joining the CyWineFest exhibitor family, and has even expanded into Hertfordshire, opening their brand new site in Cheshunt this year!
Firm favourites that will be on display again are tyropita (feta cheese pie) Spanakopita (spinach and feta cheese pie), alongside our popular sweet beloved desserts such as kalonprama (semolina syrup cake) – its name literally translating to “good thing” – and galatoboureko which consists of a sweet semolina custard baked between layers of flaked golden pastry, all drenched in a scented sugar cinnamon syrup – a fan favourite which has often been described by many as the “King of Sweets”

Alex Cypriot Sandwiches has combined with Papafilipou and will be serving soft scoop Ice Cream from within his stand in the main hall, the Emperor Suite – ditching the van this year, Alex chose to give all his attention inside!
Hot traditional Cypriot Sandwiches are not only nostalgic, but are a staple in the island’s street food scene. They are served on hot crusty large rolls, known as frangioles or if you want to be cute frangiolakia, with grilled halloumi cheese and cured smoky pork loin, otherwise known to Cypriots as lountza, alongside fresh cucumber and tomato slices and of course you can opt for a choice of sauce. In addition to this, you can make it a special by filling it up with loukaniko, a pork sausage seasoned with herbs and marinated in red wine, to elevate the flavour to the next level. This iconic sandwich is a festival best seller which we highly recommend you trying..
If you crave something sweet after your meal, you can purchase a variety of ice cream flavours on offer from this stand. Firm Cypriot favourites include Pagoto Triantafillou (pink rose flavoured ice-cream often using damask rose cordial or essence, if we are lucky he may even have a sorbet version! The second most popular is mastihi – mastic gum flavour ice cream deriving from the tree unique to the Greek island of Chios. Both refreshing flavours, if you fancy treating yourselves, perhaps sample them both.
