M] Luckasz Siek, 32 (3.01.82) and [N] Piotr Jarota, 33 (31.01.81) have today, Wednesday, 2 July, been charged with the murder of 51-year-old Franciszek Karol Malinkowski, robbery and fraud, having been extradited from Italy.
They will appear in custody at Hendon Magistrates’ Court tomorrow, Thursday, 3 July.
Ten other men arrested in connection with the investigation have been bailed to a date in early July pending further inquiries.
Two other men arrested in connection with the investigation have been released with no further action.
