† DEATH ANNOUNCEMENT – FUNERAL
Georgia Philippou

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of our beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother Georgia Philippou, who passed away on 19th January 2025, aged 93.
She was predeceased by her daughter Helen, and leaves behind 5 children Flora, Evagoras, Militsa, Philip and Androulla, 10 Grandchildren and 9 Great Grandchildren.
The funeral will take place on Friday 14th February 2025, at The Greek Orthodox Church of St. Catherine, Friern Barnet Lane, London N20 0NL, at 11am, followed by the burial at New Southgate Cemetery, Brunswick Park Road, London N11 1JJ. at 12.30pm.
Although we welcome flowers there will be a donation box at the church for Cancer Research.

Με μεγάλη θλίψη ανακοινώνουμε τον θάνατο της αγαπημένης μας μητέρας, γιαγιάς και προγιαγιάς Γεωργίας Φιλίππου, η οποία έφυγε από τη ζωή στις 19 Ιανουαρίου 2025, σε ηλικία 93 ετών.
Θα επανενωθεί με την κόρη της Ελένη. Καταλείπει τα 5 παιδιά της Φλώρα, Ευαγόρα, Μηλίτσα, Φίλιππος και Ανδρούλλα, 10 εγγόνια και 9 δισέγγονα.
Η κηδεία θα γίνει την Παρασκευή 14 Φεβρουαρίου 2025, από τον Ιερό Ναό Αγίας Αικατερίνης, Friern Barnet Lane, London N20 0NL, στις 11πμ, και θα ακολουθήσει η ταφή στο κοιμητήριο New Southgate, Brunswick Park Road, London N11 1JJ. στις 12.30μμ.
Αν και τα λουλούδια είναι ευπρόσδεκτα, θα υπάρχει επίσης ένα κουτί εισφορών στην εκκλησία για το Cancer Research.
