Lakis Kyriacou

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father and grandfather who died on 04 June 2020 at the age of 77. Lakis passed peacefully surrounded by his family, after a long battle with Alzheimer’s. A true gentleman, Lakis was known by all for his kindness, generosity, and sense of humour.
Lakis leaves behind his loving wife Yiannoulla, 4 children: Andy and daughter-in-law Penny; Khrystalla; Michael and daughter-in-law Eve; and Maria and son-in-law Ali, and 7 grandchildren.
Brother Costakis and Sisters Maroulla and Eleftheria, and many relatives and friends. The funeral will take place on 01 July 2020 at 12pm at St Mary’s Cathedral, Trinity Rd, followed by a burial at New Southgate Cemetery. Family and friends are welcome to come and pay their respects outside the home at 11am for the arrival of the cortège (please respect the social distancing rules).

Με βαριά καρδιά αναγγέλλουμε το θάνατο του αγαπημένου μας συζύγου, πατέρα και παππού Λάκη Κυριάκου, που απεβίωσε στις 4 Ιουνίου 2020 σε ηλικία 77 ετών, περιτριγυρισμένος από την οικογένειά του, μετά από μακρόχρονη μάχη με το Alzheimer’s (Άνοια). Ο Λάκης ήταν ένας πραγματικός κύριος ο οποίος ήταν γνωστός σε όλους για την καλοσύνη, τη γενναιοδωρία και για το καλό του χιούμορ. Αφήνει, την αγαπημένη του σύζυγο Γιαννούλλα, 4 παιδιά: Aντρέα και σύζυγο Πέννη, Χρυστάλλα, Μιχάλη και σύζυγο Εύη, Μαρία και σύζυγο Άλη, 7 εγγόνια, αδέλφια: Kωστάκη, Μαρούλλα, Ελευθερία και πολλούς συγγενείς και φίλους. Η κηδεία του θα γίνει την Τετάρτη 1 Ιουλίου 2020 στις 12:00μμ στην εκκλησία της Παναγίας, Trinity Road, Wood Green και η ταφή στο κοιμητήριο του New Southgate. Συγγενείς και φίλοι είναι ευπρόσδεκτοι να έρθουν έξω από το σπίτι όταν θα περάσει η νεκροάμαξα για την αποτίμηση φόρου τιμής προς τον εκλιπόντα (κρατώντας πάντοτε τους κανόνες αποστάσεων).
