† DEATH ANNOUNCEMENT – FUNERAL
Penelope Kouva (Bobi)

It is with deep sadness that we announce the loss of our beloved mum and yiayia, who passed away on the 31st of May 2025, at the age of 93, surrounded by all 7 of her beloved children.
She was a strong, courageous woman who never lost her fun-loving spirit, despite all the struggles of her life. She had a deep love for her family and her family adored her. She will be forever missed.
She leaves behind her children; Michael, Helen, Kleo, Petula, Athy,Jimmy and Christos, 19 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
The funeral service will take place on Wednesday 18th June, at 10.30am at St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church, Wightman Road, London N8 0LY. The burial will follow at Νew Southgate Cemetery, Brunswick Park Road, London N11 1JJ. The family warmly invites all who wish to celebrate Penelope’s life, to attend the wake at the hall of St John the Baptist, N8 0LY.

Με βαθιά θλίψη ανακοινώνουμε την απώλεια της αγαπημένης μας μητέρας και γιαγιάς, η οποία απεβίωσε στις 31 Μαΐου 2025, σε ηλικία 93 ετών,περιτριγυρισμένη από τα 7 αγαπημένα της παιδιά.
Ήταν μια δυνατή, άξια, θαρραλέα γυναίκα που δεν έχασε ποτέ το χαρούμενο πνεύμα της, παρά όλους τους αγώνες της ζωής της. Έτρεφε βαθιά αγάπη για την οικογένειά της και η οικογένειά της τη λάτρευε. Θα μας λείπει για πάντα.
Καταλείπει τα παιδιά της Μιχαήλ, Ελένη, Κλειώ, Πετρούλα, Ανθούλλα,Δημήτρη και Χρήστο, 19 εγγόνια, 32 δισέγγονα και 2 τρεισέγγονα.
Η κηδεία θα πραγματοποιηθεί την Τετάρτη 18 Ιουνίου, στις 10:30πμ από τον ιερό ναό Αγίου Ιωάννη του Βαπτιστή, Wightman Road, London N8 0LY. Η ταφή θα ακολουθήσει στο Κοιμητήριο New Southgate, Brunswick Park Road, London N11 1JJ.
Η οικογένεια προσκαλεί θερμά όλους όσους επιθυμούν να τιμήσουν τη ζωή της Πηνελόπης να παραστούν στην παρηγοριά στην αίθουσα του Αγίου Ιωάννη του Βαπτιστή, N8 0LY. Οι εισφορές λουλουδιών θα γίνονται δεκτές.
