It is with great sadness that the family of Phanou Kyprianou shares the news of her passing on May 8th, at the age of 84. She was born on 22.08.1936. Newly engaged, left Cyprus for a new life in the UK on the MS Messapia in 1957. She was always hard working providing for her family and always putting other people first.She was a huge character with a great sense of humour with a kind caring heart. She enjoyed many holidays in Devon and Cornwall and in the later years in the holiday home in Larnaca, Cyprus.
She leaves behind her husband Georgios, 4 children, Kypros, Christos, Maria and Andrew, 8 Grandchildren, Christopher, John, Zoe, Georgios, Andreas, Marina, Elena and Nicholas as well as other relatives and friends. Her funeral will be held on Tuesday 8th June at St Mary’s Greek Orthodox Cathedral Camberwell, 305 Camberwell New Road, SE5 0TF at 12:00pm and burial at 13:30pm at Camberwell New Cemetery, Brenchley Gardens, London, SE23 3RD.

Με μεγάλη λύπη, οι οικογένεια της Φανούς Κυπριανού μοιράζεται μαζί σας την είδηση του θανάτου της, στις 8 Μαΐου 2021, σε ηλικία 84 ετών. Αρραβωνιασμένη μικρή, άφησε την Κύπρο για μια νέα ζωή στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο στο MS Messapia το 1957. Πάντα εργατική και πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει τους πάντες. Ένας δυναμικός χαρακτήρας, με εκπληκτική αίσθηση του χιούμορ που πάντα ζέστανε τις καρδιές μας. Απολάμβανε αρκετά συχνά τις διακοπές της, στο Ντέβον και στη Κορνουάλη της Αγγλίας και τα τελευταία χρόνια στη Λάρνακα, Κύπρου. Αφήνει πίσω τον σύζυγο της Γιώργο, 4 παιδιά, Κύπρος, Χρήστος, Μαρία και Αντρέας.
8 εγγόνια, Χριστόφορος, Γιάννης, Ζωή, Γιώργος, Αντρέας,Μαρίνα, Έλενα και Νίκος, καθώς και πολλούς συγγενείς και φίλους. Η κηδεία της θα τελεσθεί την Τρίτη 8 Ιουνίου στον
Ιερό Ναό Γενεσίου της Θεοτόκου,305 Camberwell New Road, SE5 0TF at 12:00μμ και η ταφή στις 13:30μμ στο κοιμητήριο στο Camberwell New, Brenchley Gardens, London, SE23 3RD.
