Over the Christmas period there will be some changes to the recycling, food waste and refuse collection schedule.
Residents who normally have their blue, brown and black bins collected on a Friday will have a revised collection date.
Collections due to take place on Friday 25 December will be carried out on Sunday 27 December.
Collections scheduled for Friday 1 January will be rescheduled for Saturday 2 January.
Residents who normally have their bins collected on other days of the week will not be affected.
Garden waste collections will pause during the Christmas period. The last garden waste collection will be on Saturday 19 December 2015 and collections will resume from Saturday 9 January 2016 onwards.
Chairman of Barnet Council’s Environment Committee, Councillor Dean Cohen, said: “As in previous years there will be some changes to waste collections over the festive period but I hope residents will bear with our waste and recycling team as they carry out the revised collections during this time.
