The Board of Cyprus Airways meets Tuesday afternoon to discuss the possibility of finding a strategic investor or partner and handing over a majority stake in CA.
The board meets following a statement by Finance Minister Kikis Kazamias that he had prepared a proposal for the Cabinet as part of efforts to keep the airline flying.
He said the government, as major shareholder would consider seeking a strategic partner in the airline and that this could involve the investor having a majority stake.
