Cyprus President Nicos Anastasiades will try to help Greece, Government Spokesman Nicos Christodoulides has said.
In statements to the press, on Tuesday, Christodoulides said that the President had a telephone conversation with Greek President Prokopis Pavlopoulos regarding the Greek government`s efforts to reach an agreement with the institutions (EC, ECB, IMF).
He added that it is likely that later tonight or even tomorrow President Anastasiades will communicate by telephone with European leaders.
Replying to a question he said President Anastasiades will try to talk to foreign leaders, those who are in charge of institutions with which the negotiation is taking place.
