The Budget coffee chain easyCoffee – founded by easyJet tycoon Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou – is set to open its first store in Sussex in Hastings. The Hastings branch, at 8 York Buildings, will be opening to the public at 8am on Friday June 9, with free coffee for the first 100 customers. The chain launched in the UK last year with just two sites in London and one in Southend-on-Sea in Essex.
