Felixstowe and Walton United had the chance to eat into their five point lead as they travelled to North London to face Haringey Borough. The Seasiders were ten matches unbeaten, but draws in three of their last five had slowed their challenge somewhat; whilst Borough, three points away from safety, were without a win in six- and indeed had only one win from their previous ten. The match was goalless until eighteen minutes from time, and the goal, when it arrived, went to the visitors- Josh Hitter making the breakthrough. That turned out to be that, the Seasiders now only two points behind the leaders after defeating these opponents for the second time this season.
