North London based estate agents, Anthony Pepe (www.anthonypepe.com) will be launching its third high-street office in Highbury in early September 2015.
The office, located at 100 Highbury Park, will be managed by Martin Arlington (lettings), who has lived in Highbury for over 20 years, and James Haines (sales) who has risen through the ranks at Anthony Pepe following eight years in estate agency.
Anthony Pepe & Co was originally founded in 1987 by Anthony Pepe and was bought by Directors Charlie Perdios and Ari Theodorou from the Pepe family in 2004. Charlie and Ari were keen to maintain the business’s already sterling reputation, whilst bringing it up to date with the rest of its peers and the highly competitive property market. Through building on the company’s history and implementing a successful rebrand, the business has since gone from strength to strength, securing the largest portion of market share within just a year of establishing the first office and winning a long list of industry accolades for its outstanding service.
Charlie Perdios, Co-Director of Anthony Pepe, said: “Highbury is an area we know very well – not only do some of the team live in the area, but the old Highbury Stadium is where Ari and I initially conceived the idea to set up an estate agency together, so it only feels right that we’re now returning to the birth place of the business – not to mention the fact that we’ve been season ticket holders at a certain famous football club for over 20 years! Importantly, it’s also a natural progression from our established Harringay office – many of our recent buyers in Harringay are selling in Highbury and surrounding locations, so there is synergy between the areas. I am confident that Martin and James will lead an excellent team, demonstrating how Anthony Pepe goes above and beyond for our clients, and contributing to the local community.”
