On Saturday, 29 November at 15:28hrs, police received calls to reports of a
road traffic collision in High Street, Barnet, EN5.
Police, LAS and Air Ambulance attended the scene where a 72-year-old female had
been in collision with a bus.
She was taken to a north London hospital by helicopter where she died on Monday
1 December.
We believe we know the identity of the deceased but await formal
identification.
A post mortem examination will take place in due course.
An investigation has been opened and witnesses to the incident are asked to
call the Met’s Collision Investigation Unit at Alperton on 020 8991 9555
quoting reference 2426964/14.
