Polling stations in London opened at 0800 UK time in Sunday`s elections for the new House of Representatives of the Republic of Cyprus, and everything is running smoothly.
Around 1,100 registered voters are expected to cast their vote at two polling stations set up at Cyprus` High Commission, and another 700 at two polling stations at the Cyprus Community Centre.
During the first hour of voting, there was a slow but steady flow of voters, which is expected to increase by noon.
The polling stations are at the High Commission and the Cypriot Community Centre in Wood Green.
