Joyce Florence Pittas

With broken hearts and the greatest of sadness we wish to announce the passing of our so very dear and beloved Mummy, Joyce Florence Pittas. The most wonderful, amazing Mother to Helena, Michael, Philip & his wife Panayiota and dearly beloved by 38 Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. During the evening of Thursday 3rd June 2021, she departed her mortal life aged 100, to join in Faith with The Holy Spirit, Jesus, His Angels and her darling beloved Symeon originally from Dali Cyprus, who passed in 2004 after being married for 64 years. For nearly 30 years Joyce would accompany Symeon several times a week to The Church of Saints Constantinos & Eleni in Crystal Palace as he was the Protos Psaltis there. He was also one of the founders of The Church when it was first Blessed at its original location in Saint Augustine’s Avenue, Croydon. The family request that in place of flowers, to donate instead to The Church of Saints Constantinos & Eleni, Crystal Palace.

Τζόις Φλωρεντία Πίττας
Με βαριά καρδιά και μεγάλη θλίψη, ανακοινώνουμε τον θάνατο της αγαπημένης μας μαμάς, Τζόις Φλωρεντία Πίττας. Ήταν μια υπέροχη και καταπληκτική μητέρα για την Έλενα, Μιχάλη, Φίλιππο και την σύζυγο του Παναγιώτα, αγαπητή επίσης και στα 38 εγγόνια και δισεγγόνα της. Απεβίωσε σε ηλικία 100 ετών, το απόγευμα της Πέμπτης 3 Ιουνίου 2021, για να ενταχθεί στην πίστη με το Άγιο Πνεύμα, τον Ιησού, τους αγγέλους του και τον αγαπημένο της Συμεών από το Δάλι Κύπρου, ο οποίος απεβίωσε το 2004 και ήταν παντρεμένοι για 64 χρόνια. Για σχεδόν 30 χρόνια η Τζόις συνόδευε τον Συμεών στην Εκκλησία των Αγίων Κωνσταντίνου & Ελένης στο Crystal Palace, καθώς ήταν πρωτοψάλτης. Ήταν επίσης ένας από τους ιδρυτές της εκκλησίας όταν προτωλητούργησε στην Saint Augustine, Croydon. Η οικογένεια ζητά, αντί για λουλούδια, να κάνετε εισφορές στην
εκκλησία των Αγίων Κωνσταντίνου & Ελένης στο Crystal Palace. Όσοι το επιθυμούν, μπορούν να στείλουν την επιταγή στο γραφείο κηδειών: – Rowland Brothers, 299-303 Whitehorse Road, Croydon, CR0 2HR.
