Aradippou Enosis London (AEL) 5 Dynamo 0
Aradippou Enosis London (AEL) still unbeaten lifted themselves into second place with this comfortable win over 10 man Dynamo. Aradippou as the score suggests had most of the possession just basically trying to keep the ball then targeting their very talented forward Danny Vearer who scored four of the goals.
AEL were leading two nil into the break with the first goal from Danny Vearer in the 20th minute and Peter Panayiotou in the 35th minute. Danny added the other three goals in the 55th, 60th and 75th minutes.

Second Division
Omonia 5 Pantel 0
This was a surprise result in that a much improved Omonia beat unbeaten Pantel with ease the star of the show was Omonia’s George Costa who scored a hat trick in the first 50 minutes. The other two goals came in the 80th minute with Adam Greetings and Alex Anderson in the 85th minute. Kouli Antoniou and Tony Kromidias have done brilliant as managers to turn things round and lift Omonia into third place in the second division. Pantel had a penalty saved by the Omonia keeper saved in the 82nd minute. Pantel have got to go into their next game positive and not fade away like their did last season.
Komi Kebir 3 Anorthosis 0
Komi Kebir got back on a winning track after suffering a set back last week when they lost to Pantel by beating Anorthosis 3-0 with Mirauld scoring the first two goals and wait for it one of the biggest shocks of the day Dino Chrysostomou scoring his first League goal in playing in twelve years maybe this is the start of a goal scoring spree coming from him. Anorthosis are showing signs of improvement they played some good football so maybe they can lift themselves off the bottom of the table.
Pendayia 0 Asha 0
This was a game between the two best defences in the League with Asha only let in two goals so far and Pendayia four goals this season so it was no surprise that the game ended goalless. This draw still keeps newcomers Asha at the top of the second division. When well organised Pendayia improve on their goalscoring rate I can see them joining the promotion race.
Arachne 3 Livadia 3
What a ding dong battle this was for two of the division’s promotion hopefuls. Arachne took the lead within twenty minutes with a goal from Loz Toumazos . Elias Kasoulides equalised for Livadia going into the break 1-1. Livadia took the lead just after the break with a good goal from Leo Agathangelou. There was still more to come and what a blistering finish it was when in the 80th minute Loz Toumazos equalised. In the 90th minute Andreas Kyprianou thought he scored the winner making it 3-2 but in added time Arachne equalised with a goal from Chris Constantinides and with the last kick of the game Arachne even hit the post. This result puts both teams fourth and fifth place on the same points.
Achna 2 Cyprus Youth (KLN) 4
Loads of goal mouth action in this game 10 minutes after the start good work by KLN striker Chris Papacosta on the left wing, when he comfortably beat a defender to deliver a great ball in, Achna defence failed to deal with it and the ball dropped to Andreas Kouppas who fired home from close range. After 30 minutes Jamie Constantinou scored with a glancing header from a set piece so that KLN went into the break 2-0 up. Achna got a goal two minutes after the interval with Andreas Stylianou.
Cyprus Youth increased their lead to 2-1 in the 80th minute. Christopher Jackson intercepted an Achna pass and brought the ball down from his chest and beat 2 players before he drove the ball towards the penalty box unchallenged and launched the ball into the top corner of the net.
Andreas Stylianou scored his second goal and Achna’s second making it 3-2.
In added time after a lot of pressure from Achna to equalise, Cyprus Youth’s forward Yan Pilavakis received the ball just outside the box, turned the defender and scored to finish the game at 4-2 for a decisive win for Cyprus Youth to take them to second place in the Second division League table.
